Description
DVP-780 Fusion Splicer Fiber Fusion Splicing Machine FTTH
The DVP-780 Fusion Splicer is an automatic fiber optic fusion splicer, ideal for SM, MM, DS, NZ-DS (G655), EDF and other fiber types. Designed for professional use, it offers high accuracy and reliability, even in adverse environmental conditions.
Uses core or cladding alignment, ensuring perfect splicing with low loss. After splicing, the bare fiber is protected with a special heat-shrink sleeve (splice protector), providing mechanical reinforcement and protection against losses.
✅ Ideal for:
FTTH installations, fiber optic technicians, telecom projects, GEPON networks, CATV and data center applications.

DVP-780 Fusion Splicer for Professional FTTH Installations
Initially, the DVP-780 is a choice for technicians who need a professional Fusion Splicer for daily fiber optic installations. PAS technology with Core Alignment precisely aligns the optical fiber. In addition, the machine completes splicing in 7 seconds. This allows the technician to work quickly and efficiently in the field.
At the same time, the DVP-780 battery supports up to 200 continuous splicing and heating cycles. In addition, the 4.3-inch touchscreen and 350x magnification make fiber inspection easier. Therefore, the technician can better monitor every stage of the splicing process.
Also, the DVP-780 stores up to 20,000 splicing results and 2,000 images. In this way, the technician can better organize work data and quickly refer back to previous results.
This splicer supports SM, MM, DS, NZDS, and G.657 fibers. For this reason, technicians use it in FTTH installations, telecommunications projects, GEPON, CATV, and Data Center applications. At the same time, its flexibility makes it suitable for different types of fiber optic projects.
What to Check Before Choosing a Fusion Splicer
However, before buying a Fusion Splicer, carefully check the alignment technology, battery autonomy, and splicing time. In addition, check the heating time, available spare parts, and technical support. For more information, read the guide
