Product Return – Replacement

Product Return
For product returns, the following applies: products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, within 14 days from the date of receipt, and must be sent to the following address: Manolopoulou 10, Pyrgos ilias.
Defective Products
Each return and replacement of any defective products must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, together with the purchase receipt that accompanies the product. Product replacement can only take place if its packaging is provided, so that the product can be returned to the supplier company, and only if the defect is not caused by misuse by the consumer or violation of the product’s instructions for use.
For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we can inform you where you should contact for their replacement or repair.
In all cases, replacement or return is carried out only if you have contacted the Online Store on the same day or the following day.
Products are returned within 14 calendar days from their delivery, at the customer’s expense. The products must be returned intact and in their original packaging. If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges payable by the recipient. Products to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase document. Provided that the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued to the customer within 14 business days from the time the company was informed of the customer’s withdrawal. If the order was paid by credit card, the company will proceed with all necessary actions to notify the bank so that the refund can be credited to the customer. In such cases, the time required for the amount to be credited is solely the responsibility of the relevant bank.
