Service Center Network
ARCTOS service center, repairs, services, aligns and diagnoses fusion splicing machines, optical reflectometers, and many other test & measurement equipment. Engineers of our service center hold the corresponding training certificates by the manufacturing companies and continually participate in the latest development courses.
We provide service and maintenance under warranty for the incoming products in the territory of Greece and the Balkans. Our goal is to expand our servicing network to other European countries.
Our experienced engineers always pinpoint the splicer malfunction, diagnose the root cause, conduct a thorough maintenance check, provide a quote, and upon your acceptance, we proceed with the repair. We clean, test operating parameters and return the equipment in a “like-new” condition.
We carry a comprehensive stock of electrodes, cleaver blades, mirrors, heaters, CCDs, battery packs, and other spare parts for all models, both past and present. Once the evaluation is complete you will receive a Repair Quote. We will wait for your acceptance or rejection before initiating any further action.
